Every effort is made to keep Willow Creek Memory Care as home-like as possible. This sense of familiarity is comforting as dementia gradually weakens a person’s ability to plan, initiate and complete an activity. We help residents lead a fulfilling and productive life through structured daily engagement. Our activities are specifically designed and geared for our residents who are experiencing cognitive impairment. We design programming that can meet the resident where they are in the journey of memory loss.
