About Belmont
Welcome to Belmont. Our activities are specifically designed by Rachael Wonderlin and her Dementia by Day program, geared for our residents who are experiencing cognitive impairment. We design programming that can meet the resident where they are in the journey of memory loss. The Belmont memory care home is on a beautiful country lot, wooded and quiet yet conveniently located near 131.

Private Room

Care Levels: Each level of care adds an additional 30 minutes of care per day to the nursing schedule. Level of care is determined by assessment through our point system. There is a price increase of $500/care level.
