Care Cardinal Cascade acquired Emerald Meadows in 2022. This beautiful community is highlighted by an expansive courtyard and extra large rooms. Offering both private and semi-private accommodations Care Cardinal Cascade can meet most budgets. Care Levels: Each level of care adds an additional 30 minutes of care per day to the nursing schedule. Level of care is determined by assessment through our point system. There is a price increase of $500/care level.
